The good: The waiter was friendly and professional, genuinely seemed to care about the dining experience. This is the reason for two stars instead of one.
The bad: It took over one hour to receive the salads let alone the entrees. One of our drink orders was missed completely. The restaurant claimed to be understaffed, so maybe on other days the experience is better. If the restaurant was having issues serious enough to impact operations so bad we would have appreciated being warned ahead of time... we would have come back another day.
The ugly: The cuts of steak were very poor in quality, one cut may have been the worst I have ever seen served. The other items did not live up to other farm to table restaurants we have visited.
Being short staffed shouldn't impact the quality of the ingredients. The prices were extremely high for what we received in general.
We wanted to like this restaurant, we wanted to have a relaxing, stress free dinner. That did not happen.
