Not my favorite restaurant of all time but still delicious! Lots of great options. We sat outside in March/April when it was still a little cold - which is on us, but the wait staff got us food quickly. They were super friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant is on point.

Great place to hang out with friends. Delicious COMFORT food, decent quality ingredients. Portions could be more generous for the pricing, but ok to taste. Customer service is fun and the wait usually isn’t too long. Though I haven’t been here for rush hour and can see how that can slowly take away at the quality of service. The cocktails are pretty bomb The lighting is appropriate for romantic dates. not too loud, but lively enough. Enjoy. Can’t wait to come back in the summer with my friends.

Had a FABULOUS time at The Dial last night! The staff was super attentive and so helpful with their recommendations. I was particularly excited about our bartender (Megan, I believe? I apologize if I am misremembering her name but she had stunning rainbow colored hair and was an absolute delight!). She went above and beyond mixing my friend and I mocktails after we let our server know that we don’t drink alcohol but were looking for “non-boring” drinks 😂 Becky and Jared assisted us throughout the evening and we adored both of them. The atmosphere was very intimate and served as a wonderful background for catching up with a dear friend I hadn’t seen in ages. Will definitely be returning!

As mentioned by many reviews below. Horrible service. We had made reservations for 6 and were 8 people (2 stopped by as friends and it would have been rude of us to send them back). The initial server was OK with us joining a small table and we did that but then a different manager ? Or someone else came and very rudely requested guests to return the table and chairs. It was the tone that really bothered us. He could have been polite or offered solution but he was ready to just kick out the extra people. It’s shocking to see how bad his behavior was towards us. Ultimately we ended up getting extra chairs and ate on a small table while the entire time there were multiple tables free including the one he took away from us. Very disappointing. Please improve your service. We won’t be coming back and I will be sure to tell folks not to visit you all.

First time here and I was impressed by the drinks. All of the drinks on the menu were so hard to choose from, I’ll definitely be coming back for more. I’m also surprised how well the Carne Asada turned out and how quick lunch service was. Very well done and easily worth the visit!
